Key Responsibilities Executive (SQA)

Software Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute test cases to ensure full coverage of system functionalities.
• Perform manual testing for every new release to identify bugs and system issues.
• Conduct smoke testing, regression testing, and end-to-end system testing.
• Raise bug tickets, track their resolution, and maintain detailed reports.
• Perform API testing using Postman for multiple applications.
• Test mobile apps and web platforms including onboarding flows, admin panels, and functional modules.
• Test systems across various project applications, including mobile apps, web portals, admin panels, and backend services, ensuring full functionality, performance, and user experience validation.

Documentation & Reporting

• Need to Prepare comprehensive test reports and modification reports for every release.
• Create user manuals, guidelines, and video tutorials for system users.
• Prepare and maintain Jira ticket lists, RFC updates, and bug status reports.

Technical Support & Collaboration

• Assist colleagues with system-related problems and provide technical guidance.
• Attend client meetings to demonstrate onboarding processes using NID/ePassport.
• Gather technical requirements from clients and prepare documentation for development teams.
• Create TSP gateways in test environments and share relevant files with developers and clients.
• Continuously monitor the IAM test environment by managing users, subscriptions, and system validation.

Automation & Future Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated testing scripts for increased coverage.
• Generate automation-based test reports.
• Migrate manual testing tasks into fully automated workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to introduce load testing, system optimization, and UI improvements (HTML/CSS).
• Stay updated with industry QA standards and implement best practices.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE / Software Engineering / IT or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SQA, manual testing, or automation testing.
• (Experienced candidates will be given preference.)
