- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Maintain open lines of communication to ensure all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management: Estimate and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
- Budget Management: Draft and submit budget proposals, monitor expenditures, and recommend budget adjustments as necessary to keep projects within financial constraints.
- Risk and Crisis Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Manage changes in project scope and address crises effectively to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Milestone Tracking: Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track progress and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
- Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, challenges, and successes.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project performance.

- Experience: 5-8 years
- Education: bachelor of science in engineering (b.sc. engg.)
