We’re looking for an experienced Senior QA / Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the testing and quality assurance of software products and systems. This role is ideal for professionals with strong attention to detail, testing expertise, and experience in both manual and automated testing in a hybrid work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and operations teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.
• Review and improve QA processes and standards across projects.
• Document testing results, issues, and improvements for internal stakeholders.

✅ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in QA, software testing, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, etc.).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team environment.
• Based in Singapore with the legal right to work full-time.
