We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Website Monitoring Specialist for a full-time, permanent position.
You are thะต ideal candidate for this job if you have:
โข Bachelorโs degree
โข Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
โข Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
โข Excellent communication and organizational skills
โข Ability to manage your own time and never miss a deadline (organized and punctual)
โข Experience with Jira, Sentry or some other project management software is a plus but not mandatory
โโข Experience in software error and performance monitoring (ideally using Sentry, DataDog and Google Analytics) is preferred but not mandatory
โข Good English
Responsibilities includะต:
โข Monitor website performance using tools such as Sentry, DataDog and Google Analytics
โข Report any new issue to the engineer in charge of that type of error
โข Follow up with responsible engineers/project managers and ensure all issues are dealt with in an effective and timely manner
โข Track and directly report error status updates and confirm deliveries to project manager
โข Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks

โข Expected work schedule is 56 hours/week (five days out of which at least one day on the weekend).
