Role Summary:

We are in search of a Scrum Master with extensive experience in guiding agile teams to achieve their full potential. This role demands a professional who embodies the principles of Agile and Scrum, capable of enhancing team dynamics, removing impediments, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of facilitating team success in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance team agility by continuously assessing and improving Agile and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with precision and ensure adherence to Agile principles to maximize productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Act as a key communication bridge between the development team, Product Owner, management, and stakeholders—promoting transparency, clarity, and collaboration.
• Proactively identify, address, and eliminate impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and collective problem-solving.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize a well-defined backlog aligned with project objectives.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve processes and team efficiency.
• Champion Agile best practices across teams and contribute to organization-wide Agile adoption.
• Guide multiple Scrum teams or projects, ensuring alignment with Agile frameworks and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification preferred
• Proven success facilitating multiple sprints and managing projects across teams or products.
• Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and familiarity with scaling practices (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers.
• Skilled in Agile project management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating complex challenges.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams is an advantage.
