What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Liaise with immunization providers to facilitate onboarding and data submission processes
• Provide technical support and guidance for web-based immunization information exchange
• Coordinate testing of messaging formats and transport functionality with testing staff
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in client Unit meetings and support various project activities as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience in HL7 data exchange messaging related to health data
• Proven high level of attention to detail in previous work
• Experience leading a team focused on data exchange or similar efforts
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with client partners and stakeholders

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with immunization records in an Immunization Information System or Electronic Health Record
• Background in solving complex issues that require coordination and technical knowledge of computer systems
